Cost
Our pricing is £30 per person for a sit-down meal, which includes 5 dishes plus rice (same dish selection for every person). A travel charge outside 10 miles of Yeovil is added which is £0.65 per mile (one way).
Party Size
Minimum of 10 people required.
Payment Terms
The final value will be provided during booking. We will ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit, unless you are a recurrent customer. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance which must be paid on the day of the event.
In the unlikely event our team had to cancel or you suffered an incident that forced the cancellation, you would be fully refunded. For example, we refunded within three working days and without quibbles for all cancelled events due to the outbreak of covid-19 in 2020.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer.
Changes after Booking
Please inform us as soon as possible of any change to the number of guests, whether is more or less as this could effect the total balance if we are not given enough notice.
Information required booking
We will need to know the type of cooker available (gas, electric, aga) and if there are available plates, cutlery and crockery. Note that we have our mobile cooker and therefore there is no requirement for the premise having a cooker, nevertheless it would reduce logistic if used.
Please do let us know of any allergies and intolerances. Options will be discussed if there are restrictions. We can provide variations of the dishes to cater for people suffering from allergies/intolerances.
